Trip to NYC

We had a fun weekend in NY and it reminded us how much we miss the City! We worked from our local offices on Friday and then met our friends Lesley and Brian for dinner at Ago, a new Italian restaurant in Tribeca. Before heading to dinner, we stopped by their new apartment in Tribeca, which was absolutely amazing! It's a 2BR/2BA, 1800 SF beautifully finished unit with the most storage we've ever seen for a NY apartment. The kitchen is so large is has enough room for not one, but two wine fridges. Brian is a wine connoisseur and has been collecting bottles for years and now finally has a respectable place to store them!

After a much needed trip to the hairdresser (for both of us) on Saturday, we did a little shopping at Bloomingdales, had lunch at 40 Carrots and then took the train to NJ to spend the afternoon with Jeff's sister Debby and our nieces. The girls were napping when we arrived, but were up before too long so we had lots of time to play. Katie is growing like a weed and the strongest 4-month old we've ever seen. She has great head control and will stand if you support her body. She loves looking around and watching what ever you are doing. Ellie is quite the chatterbox these days and moves 100 miles a minute. She wore Uncle Jeff out so much that he had to catch a quick nap halfway through. We miss them already, but are looking forward to our trip to Baltimore in two weeks for Katie's baptism.
